  • Responsible for opening and closing procedures of the shop
  • To operate POS efficiently and maintain a high standard of accuracy

Kitchen Crew

Serving mind-blowing food and experimenting with flavours is your thing.

  • Food preparation, cooking and serving orders
  • Ability to work with a kitchen team and to train new teammates

  • Stock inventory check for daily operations (Food ingredients, misc)

Barista

You love coffee. You understand what it takes to brew the perfect cup & you work your magic on the machine like an F1 driver with his cars.

  • Taking orders for dine in, cashiering and doing shift settlement for POS systems
  • Making coffee and tea orders (espresso based), ability to teach newcomers on how to make coffee
  • Prepare and serve coffee that meet quality standards
  • Greeting customers with enthusiasm and courteous manner
  • Maintains inventories for coffee bean supply, coffee brewing equipment & supplies
  • Ordering from suppliers to maintain par count
  • Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; daily cleaning; troubleshooting
    breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs
  • Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner

Head Bartender

You will be responsible for ensuring that the bar operation runs efficiently.

  • Account for and ensure bar inventory is well maintained for daily operations and events
  • Train new bartenders on proper pouring techniques, alcohol content of drinks, and customer service skills
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Develop bar menu and special drink recipes and concoctions
  • Serve beer and wine, make classic drinks or create new recipes for cocktails in proper presentation with high quality

Bartender

  • Verifying identification and age of customers
  • Preparing and serving alcoholic beverages
  • Balancing cash receipts to record sales and POS settlement
  • Serve beer and wine, make classic drinks and new recipes for cocktails
  • Administer purchasing and receiving procedures
  • Accurate cash and credit card handling, and operation of POS system
  • Ensure and deliver high quality service (particularly in but not limited to: drinks making, delivery, and other day-to-day operations)
  • Ensure inventory and mise en place are ready for daily operation
  • Run and support existing / new bar menus
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of bar counter and related areas
  • Ensure compliance with food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures
  • Manage and help uphold cost and quality controls
  • Ensure that site/outlet and equipment are functional and well maintained
