Concierge Associate
TRIFECTA Concierge Team Members provide the warm welcome for our guests by anticipating their arrival to TRIFECTA, welcoming participants and guests alike in an upbeat and friendly manner. They provide support and advice for a personalised Guest Service experience, follow-up throughout our guests stay and extend appreciation upon departure.
- Greet visitors in an efficient and courteous manner
- Answering guest enquiries regarding ticket prices, membership plans and event details in TRIFECTA
- Process payments for tickets, memberships and related promotions and packages
- Managing online and phone enquiries
- Having knowledge of the TRIFECTA property in order to direct guests to the respective arenas and sections, and assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Assist with planning an amazing day at TRIFECTA for on-site guests by supporting ticket sales purchases, session bookings and providing detailed property amenity information
- Assist first-timers with mobile app and space navigation, indemnity form processing and explanation of various membership and ticket options
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding current and ongoing TRIFECTA events, promotions and offerings
- Cash handling and computer skills are vital to the role
- Maintain TRIFECTA quality guest service, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Provide wayfinding assistance for customers
- Demonstrated high-level guest service skills
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic knowledge of TRIFECTA products and services and a passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Demonstrated follow through skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and cash handling/payment processing skills
- 18 years old and above
- Minimum 1 year retail, front of house and/or customer service experience
- Fresh graduates in Singapore are welcome

Arena Operations Associate
Trifecta’s Arena Operations team are the face of their respective arenas, ensuring that all participants are checked in, fitted with rentals, briefed on safety and fully prepared for their much anticipated surf, snow & skate sessions. Keep the stoke high with smooth management and coordination of participants around the arena throughout the day.
- Provide a warm welcome to participants at the respective activity arenas
- Verify bookings and check-in Trifecta participants into their respective arenas
- Conduct arena introduction and safety briefings prior to activity sessions
- Responsible for crowd management of participants around activity area
- Assist customers with equipment rental sizing & fitting
- In-charge of arena equipment rental management & inventory
- Assist instructors with class coordination & open sessions
- Assist instructors with arena & machine operations
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills
- Customer service is second nature to you.
- If it means explaining even the simplest questions, you will do it with a smile.
- Basic knowledge of TRIFECTA products and services and a passion for delivering exceptional Guest Service
