Guest EXPERIENCE LEAD (SURF)

As the Guest Experience Lead of TRIFECTA Surf Club, you’ll lead the team responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences every single day. More than just running operations, you’ll shape the culture on the floor, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves feeling looked after, inspired and excited to return.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coaching others, and takes pride in building a team that delivers consistently great experiences. From daily operations and staffing to training, safety and service standards, you’ll be at the heart of what makes TRIFECTA special.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the GX team across all shifts
  • Run daily briefings, task allocation, and handovers
  • Coach and develop the team in real time on the floor
  • First escalation point for guest issues, team conflicts, and operational gaps

 

Scheduling

  • Build and optimise the GX team roster
  • Plan staffing around peak periods and demand
  • Manage cover, swaps, and last-minute changes

 

Operations, Systems & Machines

  • Operate and oversee [wave machine / snow equipment and slope management] to standard
  • Maintain working knowledge of booking platform, POS, and scheduling tools
  • Conduct equipment and facilities checks; escalate maintenance issues promptly
  • Enforce safety protocols, club rules, and premises standards

 

Training & Development

  • Onboard new GX Executives and maintain consistent service standards
  • Run ongoing training, product knowledge sessions, and skills refreshers

 

Reporting

  • Attend weekly [Surf / Snow] operations management meetings
  • Report to Duty Manager on team performance, scheduling, and KPIs
  • Maintain shift logs and incident records

 

Guest Experience & Sales

  • Model and enforce the highest standard of guest interaction
  • Handle escalated guest situations and service recovery
  • Drive in-venue conversion on memberships, packs, and upgrades

Required

  • Minimum 2 years in a guest-facing or team leadership role
  • Able to manage a team roster and floor operations independently
  • Strong communicator with good conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable with booking systems, POS, and operational equipment
  • Available on weekends, peak periods, and public holidays

Advantageous

  • Prior experience at Trifecta or in surfing, or action sports
  • Familiarity with Rezerve or similar platforms
  • Experience training or mentoring junior staff
  • Active interest in surfing

Guest Experience ASSOCIATE (SURF)

As a Guest Experience Associate at TRIFECTA Surf Club, you are the key touchpoint for all guests entering the club. You ensure a seamless, safe, and energising experience—from first-time surfers to advanced riders—by guiding them through bookings, gear, and wave readiness.

You play a critical role in balancing guest experience, safety, and surf operations, creating a confident and enjoyable environment for every rider stepping onto the wave.

You are responsible for delivering a seamless, high-energy, and personalized guest experience across all touchpoints—from arrival to departure—while embodying the lifestyle and community spirit of Trifecta’s surf club culture. You will act as both a service professional and brand ambassador, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and inspired.

The primary responsibilities for this position include:

Surf Guest Experience & Onboarding

  • Welcome and engage guests arriving for surf sessions
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised recommendations
  • Assess guest experience level (first-timer, beginner, intermediate, advanced)
  • Guide guests through onboarding:
    • Registration & waivers
    • Safety briefings and session expectations
    • Flow of the surf session
    • Log book orientation
  • Build confidence and comfort, especially for first-time surfers

 

Surf Operations Coordination

  • Manage check-in flow to ensure sessions start on time
  • Coordinate closely with:
    • Surf instructors
    • Rental/retail team leads (board sizing, fittings)
  • Monitor session schedules and manage guest flow in and out of the surf area
  • Assist with:
  • Surfboard selection (based on skill level)
  • Rash guards and safety gear
  • Ensure guests are properly equipped before entering the wave area
  • Identify and escalate any equipment or fit issues

 

Safety & Wave Readiness

  • Enforce surf safety protocols and facility rules
  • Ensure all guests understand:
    • Wave etiquette
    • Turn-taking and positioning
    • Emergency stop signals and instructions
  • Monitor guest readiness and escalate safety concerns when needed

 

Guest Education & Experience Enhancement

  • Educate guests on:
    • Basic surf techniques and expectations
    • Session flow and progression levels
  • Recommend:
    • Surf applicable classes
    • Memberships or repeat sessions
    • Relevant retail gear (boards, apparel, accessories)
  • Assist guests with website navigation, waivers, and onboarding processes
  • Provide wayfinding and ensure smooth movement across the club
  • Coordinate with instructors, retail, and operations teams to enhance experience

 

Service Excellence & Environment

  • Uphold high standards of customer service and brand experience
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of guest-facing areas
    • Includes spatial housekeeping – Ensuring all FOH areas are neat and tidy
    • Equipment housekeeping – To check all equipment is in working order and safe to use 
  • Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Maintain strong knowledge of club’s offerings 
  • Recommend suitable packages, sessions, and experiences based on guest profiles
  • Support upselling of memberships, programmes, and retail products

 

Administrative

  • Process transactions accurately (POS systems, bookings, payments)
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings
  • Support reporting and operational tracking where required
  • Support walk-in guests and upsell surf experiences
  • Handle guest concerns (e.g., delays, session issues, equipment discomfort)
  • Provide prompt and empathetic service recovery
  • Work with team leads to resolve issues efficiently
  • 18 years old and above
  • Experience in concierge, or sports/recreation environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of surfing (highly advantageous)
  • Familiarity with rental gear or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
  • Confident communication and ability to guide guests clearly
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

MARKETING & PROGRAMMING ASSOCIATE (SPORTS & LIFESTYLE)

TRIFECTA Singapore is looking for a Marketing & Programming Associate to support our growing team and portfolio of brands (TRIFECTA Surf Club, TRIFECTA Snowboard & Ski School and TRIFECTA Riders’ Lounge). If you’re passionate about surf, snowboard or ski, and want hands-on experience in marketing, content creation, and event programming in a dynamic lifestyle environment — we’d love to hear from you.

This role offers a rare opportunity to work closely with a small, passionate team that’s building the boardsports and lifestyle-related scene in Singapore. You’ll gain experience across branding, digital marketing, social media, events, and content creation — with the mentorship and space to grow creatively and professionally.

Brand & Campaign Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across TRIFECTA Surf Club, TRIFECTA Snowboard & Ski School, and Riders’ Lounge.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches, events, and tactical activations from concept through execution.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with each individual brand’s identity, objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to deliver campaigns across digital and on-ground touchpoints.

 

Content Creation & Community Management

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, EDMs, websites, and other owned channels.
  • Assist in developing content calendars, campaign storytelling, and creative concepts for all sports & lifestyle brands.
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and user interactions.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and audience insights to continuously improve content performance.

 

Digital Marketing

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across digital platforms, with knowledge of Meta Ads considered a strong advantage.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities and emerging trends.

 

Creative & Copywriting

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, voice, and messaging across different brand personas. 
  • Design simple yet engaging marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for social media, EDMs, websites, digital advertisements, and in-venue marketing materials, tailored to each brand’s identity and audience.
  • Support the creation of longer-form content such as campaign landing pages, and promotional copy when required.

 

Event Marketing & On-Ground Activations

  • Support the planning and execution of events, community activations, workshops, and brand experiences across all TRIFECTA brands.
  • Capture real-time content during events, including Instagram Stories, photography, and short-form video content.
  • Coordinate event logistics, partner collaborations, and on-site marketing requirements to ensure seamless execution.

 

Marketing Analytics & Administrative Support

  • Track, report, and analyse marketing campaign performance across platforms.
  • Assist in monthly marketing reports, compiling key insights and takeaways.
  • Support the team with general marketing coordination and ad-hoc tasks.

JUNIOR Creative (SURF)

Own the creative execution for TRIFECTA Surf Club across every customer touchpoint. Working closely with the Surf Business team, this role develops campaigns, visual communications and content that showcase the unique Surf Club experience, strengthen community engagement and support membership growth. The role should develop a deep understanding of the Surf customer journey to ensure creative work reflects the energy, hospitality and lifestyle of the club.

Creative Execution

  • Design and produce creative assets across digital, print and physical touchpoints.
  • Execute seasonal campaigns, programme launches, memberships and promotional initiatives.
  • Create merchandise, venue graphics, instructor materials and customer-facing collateral that enhances the Surf Experience.
  • Ensure all creative aligns with TRIFECTA’s brand standards while strengthening the Surf identity

Content Creation

  • Plan, shoot and edit photo and video content that captures the Surf Club community and lifestyle.
  • Create engaging social media content highlighting members, events, instructors and day-to-day experiences.
  • Support marketing campaigns with fresh and authentic content.

Business Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with the Surf Business Lead, Marketing, GX and Instructor teams.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer journey and member experience.
  • Proactively identify creative opportunities that strengthen community engagement and commercial performance.

Project Management & Collaboration

  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines across the Surf business.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners where required.
  • Maintain organised creative files and asset libraries.
