Support Brand & Marketing Campaigns

Events & VENUE Sales Manager
The Event Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for driving sales for private events and group bookings, including corporate functions, social gatherings, and special activations at TRIFECTA.
Day-to-day tasks include responding to event inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting site visits, and managing the full event lifecycle from initial lead through execution and follow-up. The Event Sales Manager collaborates closely with operations and marketing teams to design event packages, coordinate logistics, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, tracking sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities to grow event revenue.
B2B sales
- Build and own the outbound pipeline: corporates (team-building, D&D), MICE agencies, schools, brand activations, buyouts.
- Run the full cycle: prospecting, proposals, site visits, negotiation, close.
- Maintain CRM discipline: pipeline stages, forecasting, conversion reporting to the Head of Lifestyle monthly.
- Use the venue as the closer — site visits and taster sessions for qualified prospects.
B2C events
- Own consumer events: birthdays, celebrations, group socials — packaged, priced (with Head of Lifestyle approval) and bookable through the platform with the Growth & CRM Lead.
- Convert inbound B2C enquiries within 24 hours; own the enquiry-to-booking conversion rate.
Delivery & coordination
- Hand over confirmed events with complete run sheets; coordinate delivery with BU programming & community ICs and GX crews.
- Build dedicated event staffing plans with the Senior DM — never BAU manpower on event days.
- Own client satisfaction and post-event follow-up; convert one-off clients into repeat and annual bookings.
Rentals & partnerships
- Grow recurring venue rental income, including Pickle & Bones; source new rental partners for underused space and hours.
- Support the Head of Lifestyle on brand partnership activations with commercial coordination.

DUTY MANAGER
The Duty Manager is a full-time based in Singapore, with on-site leadership at TRIFECTA and some flexibility for administrative work. This role oversees day-to-day venue operations, including supervising front-of-house and activity areas, ensuring safety standards, and delivering a welcoming, efficient guest experience.
The Duty Manager coordinates staff scheduling, briefs team members before shifts, and supports training to maintain service quality and operational consistency. They handle guest inquiries and escalations, monitor facilities and equipment, and ensure that surf, snow, and skate activities run smoothly. The Duty Manager also supports events, liaises with internal departments, and provides regular operational reports to management to support continuous improvement.
Shift command
- Act as Manager on Duty: single point of operational command for the venue during assigned shifts.
- Coordinate across BU teams for cross-venue guest journeys, events and peak load.
- Direct staff across teams that do not report to you day-to-day; the shift authority line is explicit and backed by the GM.
Incident response
- Lead response to guest injuries, equipment faults, evacuations and escalations; make the immediate call, including stopping activity on safety grounds.
- Document every incident to standard the same day; follow up per the GX playbook.
Standards enforcement
- Enforce guest experience and safety standards across all teams on shift, including staff space-use rules (logged sessions only).

Facilities & Technical Lead

As our Facilities & Technical Lead, you’ll be the person ensuring these experiences run safely, reliably and at the highest standard every single day.
From preventive maintenance and technical operations to vendor management and venue safety, you’ll play a critical role in keeping Asia’s first integrated surf, snow and skate destination performing at its best.
Preventive maintenance & uptime
- Build and run the asset register and preventive maintenance calendar for all three arenas and building systems.
- Schedule maintenance windows with BU heads to protect peak revenue hours.
- Own spares planning and downtime response; track and report arena uptime monthly.
Technical vendors
- Manage OEM relationships (Citywave, simulator manufacturer) and specialist maintenance contracts: SLAs, response times, costs.
- Run vendor selection per the vendor SOP; no auto-renewals above threshold.
Building operations
- Own M&E, water treatment (pool chemistry and filtration), HVAC and utilities management, including cost optimisation.
- Manage renovation snags and rectification works to closure.
Safety officer (formally assigned)
- Own safety SOPs, incident logging and investigation, first-aid readiness and evacuation procedures.
- Maintain WSH compliance and all licences, permits and clearances — current, documented, audit-ready and transferable.

GROWTH MARKETING & CRM MANAGER
The Growth Marketing Lead is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This position is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across TRIFECTA’s offerings and digital channels.
Day-to-day tasks include designing and optimising marketing campaigns, managing performance marketing and social media initiatives, and running growth experiments to improve conversion and revenue.
The role involves analysing data and customer behavior to uncover insights, collaborating with sales, operations, and creative teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, and overseeing the marketing calendar, content plans, and partnerships. The Growth Marketing Lead will also track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and continuously refine tactics to scale TRIFECTA’s brand and community.
Platform ownership
- Own the booking/CRM/POS platform: configuration, integrations, admin, roadmap.
- Manage the platform vendor and their developer support: priorities, SLAs, costs.
- Own customer data governance: segmentation (members, lapsed, trialists, package holders, event leads), hygiene, PDPA compliance.
Lifecycle marketing (CRM core)
- Build and run email flows: onboarding, trial-to-member conversion, renewal, win-back, term re-enrolment.
- Run WhatsApp as the primary transactional/retention channel: booking reminders (no-show reduction), waitlists, renewal nudges.
- Operate the referral program mechanics with BU programming & community ICs.
Funnels & analytics
- Own funnel metrics by BU: trial conversion, membership conversion, re-enrolment, repeat rate.
- Deliver the monthly channel and funnel report into the venue scorecard; every channel carries exactly one accountable metric.
- Run the conversion diagnostic: distinguish demand problems (not enough in) from conversion problems (not enough closed) so fixes land in the right place.
Channels
- Own Google Search (intent terms) and Google Business Profile as always-on conversion channels.
- Stand up paid social (Meta) at Q4 ramp with CAC accountability; coordinate organic content with BU marketing ICs and the Head of Brand.

Being part of the in-house creative team means that you get to conceptualise and push for innovative and interesting ideas across BOTH the physical space and our digital presence – be it in surfing, snowboarding, skiing, skateboarding, retail and even F&B.
